Coupled with the rapid expansion of mobile technologies and advancements in the digital landscape in recent years (Artificial Intelligence, Big Data, Cloud Computing, Edge Computing, the Internet of Things, 3-D Printing, Robotics, Consumer Neuroscience, etc.), this shift has redefined marketing strategies. The marketing paradigm has moved away from mass production, communication, and distribution towards personalized, transparent, and engaging approaches. As we enter the technology-enabled Web 3.0 stage, concepts terms like Metaverse, Artificial Intelligence, Blockchain, 3D-printing, Analytics, and Big Data are shaping the future directions of marketing theory and practice.
